YSAC 2023 Members Show
This year’s theme is “When Imagination Runs Wild”
February 17 – March 12

Yellow Springs Arts Council (YSAC) will showcase, in our newly dedicated Robert F. Baldwin Jr. Gallery, our community’s weirdest, wildest, most imaginative pieces of art. Is it thought provoking? Is it whimsical? Is it fun? Where does your imagination take you? Let’s create an exhibition as interesting and varied as our artist community! 

Media: Any 2D or 3D media is welcome!

Sizing requirements: Please keep submissions no larger than 24”x24”24”. 

How to enter: Print & complete the Members show 2023 application. The PDF is cannot be filled out online. Submit your application & work in person. 

Entry fee: The first piece is free to enter & for any subsequent pieces include a $10 entry fee per piece. 

Pricing and Gallery Fee: If you choose to sell your work, you may do so. You set the price and are responsible for paying any related taxes. Sales will be processed through YSAC, which will retain 25% of the sales price. You will be paid the balance within 10 business days of the end of the show. Works are to remain on display until the end of the show; it is your responsibility to get the work to your buyer.

Membership: This is a member’s only exhibition. If you aren’t a member yet, no problem! Join us online at ysartscouncil.org/membership/ or in person at drop off. 

Submission date: All pieces, applications, and fees are due on Sunday, February 12th between 4-8 pm at YSAC. 111 Corry St. Yellow Springs, Ohio, 45387. You may pay with cash, card or check. Please make checks payable to Yellow Springs Arts Council.

  • Hang week: February 13th-16th

  • Artists’ Reception: Friday, February 17th from 6-9 pm

  • Pick up date: Sunday, March 12th from 4-8 pm.
